Buddy System
Buddy System empowers neighbors to support neighbors, beginning with access to healthy food and expanding to the larger more nuanced needs of individuals in the community. We see a world where community members come together to uplift each other and collaborate to create viable support for long-term change.
-
During this Serve Opportunity, volunteers will help pack food for community fridges across Miami. After packing, teams will head out to different locations to deliver the food, clean the fridges, and restock them with fresh packages—helping ensure our city has access to healthy, free meals.
