THE CARING PLACE - MIAMI RESCUE MISSION
The Caring Place is the Miami Rescue Mission’s hub for serving men, women, and children experiencing homelessness. It provides meals, shelter, recovery programs, job training, and spiritual care, helping people move from crisis to stability.

Volunteers will join the kitchen team to prep meals, serve food to guests, and help clean, creating a dignifying and welcoming environment.

Lot behind the building (enter through alley by Marathon gas station). Additional parking in front—watch for Pay-by-Phone signs.

Volunteers must be 12+ to serve in this project.

Volunteers should wear long pants, a t-shirt with at least short sleeves, and comfortable closed-toe non-slip shoes for kitchen work. Open-toe shoes, heels, shorts, mini-skirts, and revealing clothing are not allowed.

The WOW Center empowers adults with developmental disabilities by offering opportunities, resources, and community suppor

Volunteers will come alongside staff to assist participants with daily activities, offering encouragement and support wherever needed

BUDDY SYSTEM MIAMI
Buddy System Miami is a grassroots nonprofit addressing food insecurity with creative community initiatives. Since 2020, Crossbridge has partnered with them to run a food pantry and support their citywide community fridge network.
